The first signal for maintenance is...

temperature jumps📈
If the hash boards start to heat up and the fans are spinning at maximum speed, this is a sign that it’s time to do maintenance: cleaning, replacing thermal paste and checking the coolers.
Monitor the sensors, pay attention to any deviations, noise and vibrations — all this indicates problems with cooling.
Scheduled replacement of thermal interfaces once a year (preferably before the summer season) significantly reduces the risk of breakdowns and extends the life of the equipment. 🤩
