The largest Chinese manufacturers of ASIC miners - Bitmain, MicroBT and Canaan - have begun localizing assembly facilities in the United States. The reason is not only geopolitical tension, but also logistics: closer to the client - faster delivery and technical support.

Bitmain already launches new lines in Texas.

Microbt officially opened production in Houston in the spring of 2024.

Canaan studies the sites in California and Nevada.

Purpose: minimize dependence on export restrictions and problems at customs, especially after resonant delays in the border with the USA and in the EU countries.
