Bank of Russia proposed introducing a three -year experimental legal regime (EPR) to regulate operations with cryptocurrencies.
What will change? Investments in securities and deposits over ₽100 million,
— or with income over the past year more than ₽50 million.
EPR target:
— increase market transparency,
— create standards for the provision of services,
— expand Investment opportunities for experienced participants.
For most users, access to cryptocurrency will remain closed. This approach is aimed at reducing risks and protecting unskilled investors.
